REFUND POLICY

We want your experience with Gallagher Jewellery to be everything you hoped for. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at support@jewellerygallagher.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Step 2 — Send the Parcel Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Always use a tracked method. You are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by our team.

Step 3 — Receive Your Refund Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return a delivered item, please follow the return process outlined above.
