REFUND POLICY

Fulfilment Model Disclosure
Gallagher Jewellery operates as a retail brand that partners with a global network of third-party suppliers and fulfilment providers to deliver products to our customers. By placing an order on this site, you acknowledge and accept that your order will be fulfilled and dispatched by one of our fulfilment partners. This does not affect your rights as a customer in any way.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our fulfilment network operates internationally, return shipping fees may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Gallagher Jewellery cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
How to Return — 3 Steps
Step 1 — Contact Us Email support@jewellerygallagher.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Step 2 — Send the Parcel Ship the item to the address provided in our instructions. Use a tracked method. You remain responsible for the parcel until it is confirmed received by our fulfilment team.
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return a delivered item, please follow the return process outlined above.
Product Variance

The final item received may vary slightly in colour, finish, or pattern due to screen display differences, lighting conditions, and natural manufacturing variations. Delivery Delays
